How will this help Animal Rescue?
Dog (and other Animal) Rescue groups obtain animals that are in need
of a new home. These animals have been either abandoned or surrendered
voluntarily by their owner. They are placed into rescue programs for
a variety of reasons including family moves, death, divorce, illness,
new baby, owner inability to cope with the dog's health conditions,
owner incompatibility with the dog's personality, conflicts with children
and strays found in shelters. Some people may have acquired a dog without
considering the fifteen-year (or more) commitment that pet ownership
may require. In far too many cases, the animal is placed in rescue because
of neglect or abuse.
Before placement most rescue
groups will evaluate the dog’s personality, temperament, health
condition and adaptability. They often need to provide extensive and
expensive veterinary care and rehabilitation. The animal then may be
placed in a temporary foster home or adopted directly to a nurturing
permanent home selected to provide the love and care it needs. Many
dedicated and caring volunteers are providing these necessary services
to help animals all across the country.
This is a costly committment
and it is for this reason that we have created our Affiliate Program.
What is the AURORALITES
Affiliate Program?
At AURORALITES, one of our
main concerns has always been animals and their safety. It is for this
reason that we wanted to give something back to the Rescue Groups that
do such wonderful and important work. Therefore, for every collar that
is ordered through the Affiliate's Link, we will pay that designated
Rescue Organization directly for that sale!
How does it work and how
can I help?
It works like this. First,
you or your organization must register and follow the simple steps in
placing the AURORALITE's LINK on your web page. After that all you have
to do is promote collar sales through your web site. For every collar
ordered through that link you or your organization is paid by check
or PayPal. It's that simple. If you work with any organization that
you think may be able to take advantage of this program, please let
them know about it.
